HTG Extras Rapid Cook Oven Guard is a non-caustic protector designed to be applied to rapid cook ovens and conveyors, especially the Pratica FIT Express, Copa Express and Rocket Express ovens, prior to operation to protect the sensitive internal components, like the catalytic convertors and to make cleaning easier at the end of the day when cleaned with HTG Extras Rapid Cook Oven Cleaner.

PLEASE NOTE: ALL Rapid Cook Ovens should be cleaned on a daily basis with Rapid Cook Oven Cleaner and Rapid Cook Oven Guard should be reapplied prior to operation.
