Food is brought quickly to the proper holding temperature, maintaining crispness… up to 4 times longer than with heat lamps.  Food stays hot and ready to serve, with better quality and less waste.

Counter Top Stations – there are several models to choose from like the CHN14, depending on your volume and space.  All have a removable, washable filter to protect components from oils and vapours, removable food bay and dividers for holding several items at the same time.
