Consistent Ventilated Refrigeration
The display compartment uses ventilated refrigeration to distribute cold air evenly around the ice cream pans. This helps maintain consistent serving conditions throughout the cabinet, even during busy trading periods.
The operating temperature can be set between -16ยฐC and -10ยฐC, allowing the cabinet to be adjusted according to the formulation, consistency and preferred serving temperature of the products being displayed.
Automatic hot gas defrost supports efficient day-to-day operation by reducing ice build-up within the refrigeration system.
Refrigerated Reserve Storage
A separate static refrigerated reserve compartment is located beneath the main display.
This allows additional ice cream pans to be kept close to the serving area, making it easier for staff to replace popular flavours quickly without repeatedly returning to a separate freezer.
When using 5-litre pans measuring 360 ร 165 ร 120mm, the reserve compartment can accommodate up to 12 additional pans arranged in two rows.
Plug-In Installation
The Bermuda View 13 has an integral air-cooled refrigeration system and is supplied as a plug-in cabinet. This simplifies installation because the cabinet does not require a separate remote refrigeration unit.
The cabinet operates from a 230V single-phase electrical supply. Braked swivel castors make it easier to position the cabinet for installation, servicing and cleaning.
Designed for Customer-Facing Environments
The white exterior and clean curved glass design give the Bermuda View 13 a bright, professional appearance that works well in a wide variety of customer-facing settings.
The operator side is fitted with a self-rolling curtain, helping to retain cold air when the cabinet is not being accessed. A grey prepainted service counter provides a practical working area for serving and preparing products.
The front glass structure can also be opened downwards to make routine cleaning and maintenance easier.
