HTG Extras Teflon Trays

HTG Extras Teflon Trays are suitable for use in rapid cook ovens and microwaves. Oven brands including Pratica, Turbochef, Merrychef, and Cibo+.

Benefits of our Teflon Trays include:

• Extra-thick heavy gauge Teflon sheeting for extra durability and feature a 30mm side wall to contain spills.
• The cooking trays are reinforced with a high grade stainless steel rim, wrapped in a Teflon tubing for added safety and hygiene. This provides additional support and reduces flexing, making the removal of the trays from the oven easier and safer than standard trays.
• Easy wipe clean surface. The Teflon surface is easy to clean, non-stick, waterproof, nonreactive, and noncorrosive.
• Available in different colours; black, red & green (blue available on request) for allergen control.

Cleaning advice:

• The Teflon coating can be damaged by commercial dishwashing chemicals. We advise cleaning the trays using mild dishwashing detergent and a non-abrasive cloth or sponge.
• Wipe off excess grease and residue with paper towel between cook cycles to prevent

Teflon trays needs to be cleaned regularly to prevent the build-up of carbon deposits which can reduce the lifespan of the trays. 

DO NOT cut food items directly on the Teflon Tray, knives and sharp metal utensils can cut the Teflon sheet.
