GN2/3 (354 x 325mm) ‘Hot Spot’ Aluminium Grill & Pizza Tray

Two sided aluminium baking tray for commercial ovens. The smooth side is ideal for baking pizza and the grooved side can ‘grill’ mark food items.

The Eloma Hot Spot tray’s black colour rapidly absorbs heat ensuring quick heat transfer to the food item being cooked. This ensures baked items like pizza have a crispy base and grilled items obtain an attractive ‘grilled marked’ finish.

Fits Eloma Joker 6-23 combination ovens and other all other oven manufacturers.

• Large items, including ALL UHT mixes, are shipped via Palletised Distribution, please allow 2-3 days for delivery.
• Orders placed after 2.30pm on Fridays may not be shipped until the following working day. All deliveries are Mon-Fri 8am-6pm
