Description
Prevent excess grease clogging up the internal components of your TurboChef Sota i3 or i5 rapid cook oven.
The internal grease filter is designed to be clipped on the inside of the cooking chamber to prevent excess grease prematurely damaging the internal catalytic convertor. The filter should be cleaned on a daily basis as part of the standard daily cleaning process.
PLEASE NOTE: installation of the grease filter will affect the airflow within the oven and may effect the cooking profiles which may then need adjusting.
