For use with Cambro food transport 1/1GN GoBoxes and GoBags, the CamWarmer is a simple, convenient way to maintain hot temperatures for your food on the go. The hot plate can be heated to 95ºC in a low oven for 45 minutes then placed in the bottom of the food carrier, with no need for power while in use.
The CamWarmer is an energy-efficient accessory which can extend the hot holding time of your food beyond 4 hours, and could not be simpler to use. If you will be opening the door frequently, this is a great way to give yourself peace of mind as it will make up for any heat loss.
For best results, it is recommended to use two CamWarmers per compartment, to ensure that hot food stays well within the safe zone, above 60ºC.
